Happy Wednesday,

I am back in California until the end of the quarter.  Despite all of the studying and writing I’m doing in preparation for final exams etc., I’m still trying to explore Riverside and enjoy the sunshine as much as possible before heading back to Washington state for the summer.

I FELL IN LOVE with California Citrus State Historic Park.  It has amazing views and there is a lot to see! I arrived at 4pm and the signs say they close at 5. While no one seemed to be around to kick me out, I didn’t want to stay much past 5:20.  I could have easily stayed for two hours or more, and I will definitely go back and spend more time on my next visit.

It is generally very hot in the Inland Empire, but also VERY windy! I wore this sage green, lightweight flouncy top with some denim shorts and flat sandals.  It was a good choice except I didn’t wear a tank underneath (which I would not recommend) so the shirt was flying all over the place! Luckily the park was virtually empty so I had it all to myself, and wasn’t worried that my shirt would fly up at the wrong time!

I took more pictures of the park if you’re interested, check them out! Also, I’m still learning to enjoy my natural hair journey, so I’ve included additional photos of the curls as well.

❤Hope you’re having a great week,

HLJ
