How do motivate yourself after 11 hour work hours?? I am mentally wiped out once I get home.
Sounds like you should get up a little earlier to get your workouts done. Even 20-25 minutes is better than nothing. You could also pack your gym back and go BEFORE you get home and get settled. Another idea is to take 2-3 days out of the week and get a short workout in during your lunch break. And one last idea, is to make sure you workout on Friday, Saturday and Sunday since during the week is a challenge! Hope this helps. Thanks for the comment! 🙂 HLJ
