Individuals who knowingly or recklessly expose others to HIV should be held accountable! The criminal transmission of HIV is NOT COOL at all.
It is a crime to knowingly transmit the HIV virus to another person! The laws vary from state to state, but it is a CRIME in the majority of the United States.
“Criminal transmission of HIV refers to knowingly or recklessly exposing or infecting another person with HIV, often prosecuted under HIV-specific or general criminal laws.” -Web
Imagine how dangerous and unlawful it would be to transmit HIV in a group sex setting– as in a “train,” for example.
If a person is having sex with multiple people, on camera or otherwise, it is a RECKLESSLY criminal act of knowingly transmitting the HIV virus. This is extremely dangerous and frighteningly horrific. Anyone engaging in this harmful behavior should be reported and stopped!

PLEASE NOTE: I, Holly Lowe Jones, have NEVER engaged in ANY sexual activity with anyone with HIV or AIDS. I have had a platonic, asexual hug a couple of times with a person who KNOWINGLY has HIV.
If you have had sexual intercourse with someone with HIV or know of anyone who has (STRAIGHT UP MENACE!!!!!), and NOT DISCLOSED their HIV infection prior to sexual activity, you are the victim of a crime and should report it to public health and legal authorities.
